Q. What are your setup fees?

There is a one time setup fee, which usually ranges from $200.00 to $500.00, depending on the size of the practice. This fee includes setting your office up with the necessary forms and enrollments to get your claims paid. If your information sheets do not have all the information needed to process the claim, this will slow the billing process down. We make sure you have the proper forms. This fee also includes registering your practice with our clearinghouse to do electronic claims filing, as well as the intensive initial effort on our part to enter all your patients and their information into our computer database.
